M2 Machines does not sell directly to the public. Our products are available through our retail partners and hobby distributors. You can find them listed on our Where to Buy page at the top of the site.

Most of our releases are sold through our retail and hobby partners, but select B2C lines (including Rock Legends and ACB) are available directly through our official Shopify store.

While we don’t sell factory‑sealed cases ourselves, some of our hobby distributors do. Visit our Where to Buy page to see our list of hobby partners who may offer sealed cases.

Distribution varies by retailer, region, and store traffic. Retailers operate multiple distribution centers, and each store receives different assortments based on demand and location. Because of this, even distribution isn’t always possible.

A chase piece is a limited‑production variant of a standard release, designed with exclusive details that set it apart from the regular version. Our chase pieces often feature color‑chrome accents, including rims, bumpers, interior trim, and even undercarriage detailing. Because they’re produced in much smaller quantities, chase pieces are harder to find and highly collectible.

Our diecast vehicles are available in 1:64 and 1:24 scales.

Many of our releases have opening parts and detailed interiors. Features vary by model to balance design, accuracy, and functionality.

We’re unable to offer replacement parts, as each run is produced in limited quantities and not restocked. If your item was purchased through a retailer, please return it directly to them for assistance.

Minor manufacturing variations are part of the diecast production process and are not considered defects. Packaging may also experience slight blemishes during manufacturing or shipping.
